"Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving
the product if they wish to request a return or exchange. After receiving the
request, our team will handle the entire process to ensure a smooth and
hassle-free experience."

A non-refundable charge of Rs. 100 will be applied on all
orders.

"In case of an exchange, the customer will receive the
replacement product as soon as possible, depending on their location.
Meanwhile, the customer must hand over the return package to the pickup agent
at the time of pickup.

Only
one time exchange is allowed.

"Refunds will be processed only after we receive the
returned product and complete the necessary quality checks. Customers will
receive a refund for returned products after deducting shipping charges (100/-)
provided the return request is made within 48 hours of delivery."
