Refund policy
At Stuffieland, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we aim to make the return, exchange, and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Free from stains, perfume, washing, alterations, or any form of damage.
- Returned with the tag loop attached and unbroken.
Please Note:
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order details and reason for the return or exchange request.
- Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup.
- The returned product will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the product passes the quality check.
Important:
- Please record an unboxing/opening video of the package at the time of delivery. This may be required to verify any missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Only products that are unused, stain-free, undamaged, and have the original tag loop attached will be approved for return or exchange.
3. Return & Exchange Charges
Returns
If the correct product, size, and design were delivered as per the order, but the customer still wishes to return the item:
- A ₹300 logistics fee (covering forward and return shipping charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The remaining eligible amount will be refunded via UPI.
Exchanges
- A flat ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable for approved exchanges.
- If the correct product and size were delivered as ordered and the customer requests an exchange, a ₹300 logistics charge may apply to cover shipping costs.
Orders Cancelled During Transit
If a customer refuses delivery or cancels the order after it has been dispatched and is already in transit:
- Shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed via UPI transfer only.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- A ₹300 logistics fee will be deducted wherever applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales.
- Products sold at "Sale".
Products Purchased During Sale
- Sale products are eligible for exchange only.
- Returns and refunds are not applicable on Summer Sale purchases.
