✅ Size Exchange: Available within 1 day of delivery for a nominal fee of ₹150 towards logistics and handling charges.

✅ Returns: "Customers must notify us of any return & exchange request within 1 day of product delivery via WhatsApp number 9310658943 or mail us stuffieland20@gmail.com Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.". A ₹300 logistics fee will be applicable for return processing and reverse pickup.

✅ Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
❌ Customized, made-to-order, altered, worn, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.

For all orders placed on or after 9th September 2026, approved returns will be refunded directly to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account/UPI). No Credit Note will be issued for these orders.

Orders placed before 9th September 2026 will continue to be governed by the policy & applicable for credit note only.
